Ref:- J&K Service Selection Board Srinagar’s No: SSB/Sel/Secy/012/2294-97 dated 03-09-2012, J&K Civil Secretariat School Education Department Jammu/Kashmir No: Edu/II/404/2012 dated 11-09-2012 and conveyed through Director School Education Jammu’s vide No: DSEJ/NG/Tr/7842 dated 13-09-2012.
NOTICE for J&K School Education Department
In pursuance to J&K School Education Department, J&K Civil Secretariat Jammu s No: Edu-11/404/2012 dated 20.10.2020 and Director School Education Jammu’s Endorsement No: DSEJ/NG/Tr/35113 dated 24-11-2020 for issuance of further appointment orders in favour of below mentioned candidates after proper verification/authentication of all original certificates/character antecedents besides verification of category certificate from the competent authority and the genuineness of the qualification,
As such, the below mentioned candidate recommended for selection at S.No 18(OM) and S.No 317 (OM/HC) vide Item No 696 under various Category in whose favour recommendation was kept withheld earlier by the SSB and now released vide reference mentioned above, are hereby asked through the medium of this notice to report in the office of Chief Education Officer Jammu within seven days from the date of publication of this notice along with the certificates in original as well as one set of Xerox copies of all the documents self-attested beside recent passport size photographs.
Documents required for J&K School Education Department
1.Academic Qualification Certificates.
2.Matriculation/Date of Birth Certificate.
3.Health Certificate from the concerned Chief Medical Officer.
4.Permanent Residential Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
5.Certificate from the District Industries Centre and District Employment & Counseling centre to the effect that no loan under self-employment scheme has been taken by the appointee.
6. Relevant Category Certificate if any.
7. Character Certificate from the competent authority.
The candidate shall submit an undertaking in the shape of an affidavit duly attested by the 1st class Judicial Magistrate to the effect that if his/her particulars/certificates are proved fake/forged/tempered or issued by unrecognized University/Board/Study centre etc. his/her selection shall be cancelled ab-initio without any further notice.
